For our wedding, instead of a classical guest book, I created these booklets where the guests will write whatever they want on several themes : love, happiness, memories with us, ...
It's an idea I found on the blog "Un Beau Jour". I've twisted it to my taste: I've changed the titles, which are a kind of prompts for writing. I've also added several images found on the huge free image source Biodiversity Heritage Library... go and visit them, it's a goldmine !!
You'll find above my little booklets (in A6 format, i.e. a fourth of an A4 sheet). Inside I've tucked in a variety of pages : white pages from copying paper, pages with doodles or hand-written lines, and lined pages. You can be as neat or as grunge as you want, the idea is to trigger writing from your guests !
Here's the PDF file for my 6 booklets. One A4 page gives 2 booklets.
Update after the wedding: try it, it's a great idea! Our guests dived head first into this game, and we are honored to savor these good memories and kind words... we have enough for several months here!
